Drink better with these delicious cocktail recipes

If you are hosting a New Years Eve party this year, or just need some new inspiration for festive cocktails, we want to help you out with a couple of easy recipes. Here at Broken Shed, we aim to go beyond the typical champagne inspired New Year's cocktail. We have selected five of our favorite recipes and listed them below.

Mint at Midnight

1 part Broken Shed and 1.5 parts green creme de menthe. If an overwhelming mint flavor is not a party favorite then combining vodka and creme de menthe is a perfect balance as the vodka accentuates the pure mint flavor, although slightly weakening its strength.

Festive Blue Martini

Equal parts Broken Shed vodka and Blue Curacao and two parts soda for bubbles. Garnish with blueberries or lemon twist (optional dash of lemon). This drink is flavorsome and classy; it also looks the part!

A Berry Happy New Year

Two parts Broken Shed vodka, 1 part creme de cassis and 2 part fresh cranberry and blackberry juice. A fruity cocktail that perfectly balances sweetness and tartness.

Classic for a reason - The Martini

Featuring three natural ingredients — Broken Shed, vermouth and your choice of garnish. We like to stick to the good clean stuff, such as a lemon, lime or orange twist.

Clover Club Cocktail

Combine two parts Broken Shed the juice of 1 lemon a tablespoon of grenadine and one egg yolk. Shake well and pour. A showstopper cocktail that has a citrus flavor but with a creamy texture created by the egg yolk.
